The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Facilities Support Associate 4 at the Clarksville Campus.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Facilities Support Associate 4 will perform building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. Working independently, but under the direction of the Lead Facilities Support Associate 6 and supervision of the Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment; ensuring facilities meet environmental, health and safety standards; performing tasks related to facility and grounds upkeep; assisting in maintaining mechanical and electrical systems or performing equipment maintenance; assisting with moving furniture or other large items; assisting with setting up for events; performing landscaping and mowing tasks, and other duties as assigned. This position will also be expected to serve as back-up to custodial personnel during their absence. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
WORKING CONDITIONS
SALARY: $31,294 - $39,117 per year ($16.04 - $20.06 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, related education and directly related experience.
