The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Academic/Student Support Associate 5 – Advising/Evening for the Clarksville Campus. This is not a remote position.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Academic/Student Support Associate 5 – Advising/Evening is responsible for assisting students from the beginning of the admissions process and throughout their enrollment with the college for programs assigned to the position. This position will process enrollment applications, maintain waiting lists, communicate with current and prospective students, schedule orientations, perform data entry, process student exits and other duties related to student enrollment. Other duties include, but are not limited to: cashier duties from 4 pm-9:30 pm; assisting with new student orientations, special events and graduations; conducting college tours; covering the front desk/phones, and other general office tasks. This position reports to the Student Services Coordinator. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This is not a remote position.
SALARY: $34,939-$43,673 per year ($17.92-$22.40 per hour) Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, directly related experience and education.
