The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Facilities Support Associate 2 at the Dickson Campus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL DUTIES: The Facilities Support Associate 2 will perform tasks related to facility and grounds upkeep including, but not limited to: mowing; weedeating; landscaping; parking lot maintenance, etc. This position will also perform custodial and/or janitorial duties including, but not limited to: cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining assigned interior and/or exterior areas on a routine schedule; restocking custodial supplies as needed; collecting and disposing of trash from assigned areas; training facilities work study employees; cleaning and maintaining floors in assigned areas; assisting with classroom and meeting room set-up and clean-up, and other duties as assigned. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. Work schedule is Monday through Friday7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
WORKING CONDITIONS
SALARY: $27,129 - $32,813 per year ($13.91 - $16.83 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, related education and directly related experience.
