The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Evening Academic/Student Support Associate 5 for the Clarksville Campus. This is not a remote position.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Evening Academic/Student Support Associate 5 is responsible for assisting students with the admissions process and cashiering duties in a fast-paced office environment. This position will process enrollment applications, maintain waiting lists, fill open seats in classes, communicate with current and prospective students regularly, schedule orientations, perform data entry, and other duties related to student enrollment. Other duties include, but are not limited to: cashier duties from 4 pm-9:30 pm; assisting with new student orientations, special events and graduations; conducting college tours; covering the front desk/phones, and other general office tasks. This position reports to the Student Services Assistant Coordinator. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This is not a remote position.
SALARY: $35,114-$43,892 per year ($18.01-$22.51 per hour) Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines, directly related experience and education.
