Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. General Function: Provides administrative support to a Dean or Director. Performs general office duties and complex clerical duties. May oversee the scheduling and job assignment of temporary or part-time clerical employees.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with minimum three years clerical or secretarial experience in an educational or business setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher earned from an accredited institution and three years clerical or secretarial experience in an educational, accounting or business setting.
