Title: Business Office Student Worker (Temporary, Part-Time)

Job Summary

Assist the Business Office staff with general office duties including: scanning documents into our system and verifying scanned documents. Answer Business Office calls and assist students with account questions. Answer the main phone line for the College and transfer calls to the appropriate departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be registered for at least six (6) credit hours as a JSCC student.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience.

Pay Rate:  $ 10.50 per hour

Schedule/Hours:  No more than 25-29 hours may be worked per week (hours depend on budget availability and need). Hours are scheduled around class schedule between normal business hours of 8:00 to 4:30.
