Job Summary

This position may have the opportunity to work remotely within the state of Tennessee but with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) and potential travel to Tennessee TBR colleges at the employee’s expense.

Job Duties

  • 40% - Manage faculty and professional development applications processes for current and upcoming program years, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Evaluate proposed faculty syllabi for institutional consistency and work with faculty to ensure they meet the Center’s, TBR and SACSCOC requirements. Coordinate faculty files including their online application. Prepare and maintain all required documents for faculty and professional development participants. Prepare and execute all faculty dual-service contracts. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Prepare and process all study abroad program related requests for payments (RFP)s. Work with TBR business office to ensure alignment with fiscal operations and standards. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Manage all program on-sight material, both hard copy and digital. Serve as notary for participant documents. Manage health insurance rosters and ensure coverage for all students and participants. Prepare post program evaluations. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Generate queries and reports using the Terra Dotta software’s analytics module, serving as the team lead for analytics reporting. Create and update applications within the Terra Dotta software as needed to ensure a seamless application process for all applicant types. Verify applicant identities for e-signature requirements across all program types through the signature verification process. Conduct annual quality assurance reviews of the Consortium website, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in collaboration with the webmaster. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Coordinate calendar and meetings for the Center, both in person and virtual. Maintain records for all formal meetings including digital recordings and meeting minutes. - (Essential)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited institution
• Two years’ work experience in higher education

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Work experience in global education
• Experience with international travel or living abroad
• Fluency in a foreign language

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and Zoom
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work independently while also collaborating with a team.
