Job Duties
Develop and provide professional development training for early childhood educators and caregivers.
Serve as a liaison between early childhood facilities and Roane State’s Early Childhood certificate and degree program.
Work with Roane State’s Early Childhood Director to recruit and increase enrollment.
Advise students in the Early Childhood Certificate program.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree. • Experience working with childcare facilities. • Experience advising students in Early Childhood certificate programs. • Experience providing training for professional development in Early Childhood.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
