Pay Rate: $47,760 - $59,110/per year. Pay will be determined based on related work experience above required. To be considered in determining pay, all related work experience must be listed on the application.

Position Summary: The Student Engagement and Leadership coordinator is charged with managing, developing, coordinating and supervising student engagement staff, implementing campus activities planning, programming, marketing and promoting events that cultivate an environment conducive to student engagement and leadership education, a strong sense of belonging, community building, enhancing co-curricular learning opportunities, encourage civic engagement, developing and leading student leaders, and promote student involvement through clubs and organizations within the college community. The coordinator assists the Student Engagement and Leadership director in ensuring equitable cocurricular programming across all site campuses, building effective working relationships with campus deans as well as online through virtual means.
Essential Functions:
50% 1. In collaboration with the Director, Student Engagement and Leadership, develop, coordinate, and implement co-curricular student activities programming that meet the missions of the college, Student Engagement and Leadership Office, and the needs of the student body.
10% 2. Collaborate with Campus Deans to develop, coordinate, promote, and implement co-curricular student activities programming at site campus locations that meets the mission and strategic goals of the college and the office of Student Engagement and Leadership, while considering the unique needs of the student body at each location. Support and supervise Student Engagement Student Staff and Advise Student Activities Board members at each site campus.
25% 3. Assist students and advisors in the creation, operations, and recognition of student organizations across the college. Ensures that all college and TBR system policies related to student organizations and student travel are followed. Develop and coordinate ongoing training sessions for student organization leaders and advisors, and opportunities for communication and information sharing. Plan and execute mandatory education and training sessions for organizations each semester.
10% 4. Serve as the staff advisor for National Society of Leadership and Success and the Student Activities Board. Provide necessary support to Student Government Association and Skills USA
5% 5. Serve on College committees as assigned; participate in relevant professional organizations, and professional development activities that enhance the College mission. Some travel related to job duties across the region and state. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: An abundance of walking, standing, traveling, lifting is required. Lifting at a minimum of 30 lbs.
Outside work in heat and cold for hours at a time is a requirement.
