Title: Creative Media Producer
Job Summary
The Creative Media Producer will serve as the lead creator for the college’s visual and digital marketing needs, shaping compelling content that reflects the college’s innovation, top-rated academics, and future-focused vision. This role is responsible for designing eye-catching graphics, producing dynamic social media content, and capturing photography and short-form video to tell the college’s story across multiple platforms. The Creative Media Producer will collaborate closely with the Communications and Marketing team to execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and drive engagement, while ensuring creative consistency and forward-thinking design practices.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or multimedia production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Experience producing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Working knowledge of photography required, video editing skills a plus.

• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across print and digital formats.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines for digital content (WCAG standards).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team or work alone without close supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Pay Rate: $41,984 - $52,480 (Annual salary depending on eligible experience, which is defined by the current compensation plan.)
