Pay Rate: $53,920 - $67,010/per year. Pay will be determined based on related work experience above required. To be considered in determining pay, all related work experience must be listed on the application.

Position Summary: The Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Investigator will develop, implement and evaluate the college’s Title IX program that is aligned with the strategic mission of the college and its core values. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Investigator is responsible for managing the day-to day responsibilities associated with Title IX and will assist with (or if assigned by the Executive Director) will conduct other investigations including related to Title VI, Disability discrimination and other Institutional Compliance Office matters as necessary.

10% Collaborate with designated officials in offices such as Human Resources, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Dean of Students Office, Campus Police Department, Counseling Services, Disability Services, Campus Deans and other key stakeholders on complaints and/or concerns presented to Institutional Compliance.
10% Assist with development, review and implementation of PSCC trainings, flyers, website information, outreach initiatives, and other educational tools. Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required. J.D. or master’s degree preferred.
Years of Experience: At least five years’ professional experience working in a collaborative environment in advancing compliance Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information and have the ability to conduct internal investigations. Must have familiarity with Title IX, Title VI, ADA, Non-Discrimination, VAWA, Campus SaVE, and other state and federal anti-discrimination laws, rules and regulations.
Experience investigating or adjudicating allegations of sexual misconduct and /or domestic violence preferred. A background in student affairs, student conduct, legal, human resources, equity and inclusion or a closely related field preferred
Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% credit of full-time work experience.

High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, patience, and tact when working with diverse populations. including individuals who have experienced and/or are accused of sexual harassment, discrimination, sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking and/or retaliation

Physical Demands: Other than travel to the various campuses, this position has no unusual physical demands.
Hazards: Travel to and from various campuses.
