Job Summary
The Director of Student Accessibility Services is responsible for supporting student success by evaluating accommodation requests and determining appropriate services based on documentation. This role works closely with students, faculty, and staff to implement accommodations effectively, ensures compliance with relevant laws (e.g., ADA, FERPA, Title IX), and maintains accurate records and resources.
The position also includes communicating with prospective students and families, managing accessibility-related content, coordinating testing accommodations, and contributing to broader student support initiatives within the Dean of Students team. Strong collaboration, communication skills, and experience in a higher education environment are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is an on-site role based at the Harriman campus with occasional travel required.
