JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness oversees the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (IRE), reporting to the Vice President of Economic & Institutional Development. The executive director works closely with the President and college cabinet to plan for and manage the college’s strategic planning processes; design assessment instruments to assess performance outcomes and processes for units across the college; collect, manage, and analyze data; and oversee and satisfy institutional data reporting requirements with accrediting agencies, state and federal offices, and grant funding institutions. The executive director supervises the Assistant Director of IRE and the IRE Coordinator and makes efforts to improve the outcomes orientation and data analytics skills of more than 180 personnel working at four instructional sites across a five-county service area.
