JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Aid Specialist ensures accurate administration, management, and data collection for federal, state, and institutional programs and other financial aid related requirements in compliance with respective regulations for federal and state funding. The Financial Aid Specialist provides up-to-date subject matter expertise in all aid programs and other requirements to internal and external stakeholders in support of Cleveland State’s enrollment objectives and mission.

Work activities routinely involve the use of computers, scanners, and peripheral devices. Photocopy and other office machines are frequently used.
JOB LOCATION
This position is an on-site role located in the Student Center Financial Aid Office located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Travel may be required within the college’s 5-county service area including travel to attend state meetings, etc.
