The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) is Tennessee's largest higher education system, governing 40 post-secondary educational institutions with over 200 teaching locations. The TBR system includes 13 community colleges and 27 colleges of applied technology, providing programs to students across the state, country and world.
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Northwest is accepting applications for a full-time position of Financial Support Associate /Accounts Payable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: AS degree in Business/Accounting or Technical Diploma, and three (3) years of office work required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Possess organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as required. Experience using QuickBooks, Jaggaer, and Banner a plus.
GENERAL DUTIES: The Financial Support Associate will work under the supervision of the HR/Finance Coordinator. The individual shall be responsible for assisting with business office functions related to purchasing, contracts, accounting, and general ledger functions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience and according to salary guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents.
