Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and promoting the success of the baseball program through compliance, fiscal management, student-athlete development, fundraising, and operational support. Ensures adherence to TCCAA and NJCAA regulations, monitors team budgets, tracks student-athletes’ academic progress, coordinates fundraising efforts, assists with athletic field maintenance, manages the baseball alumni database, and performs other duties as assigned to support the athletic department and college mission. The Head Coach will report to the Athletic Director and collaborate with program stakeholders, the Assistant Coach, student-athletes, and faculty/staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of baseball coaching experience.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of program and player development.
Current/Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Collegiate level experience coaching baseball.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent leadership and communication skills. Sets clear expectations to assistant coach and student-athletes.
