HVAC Associate Support Instructor

Job Summary: The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Elizabethton is accepting applications for a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Support Instructor – HVAC to assist in delivering high-quality instruction for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) programs. This role supports classroom and lab instruction, reinforces safety standards, and provides hands-on guidance to students preparing for careers in HVAC and related mechanical fields. While this position primarily supports the HVAC program, the Associate Support Instructor may be expected, from time to time, to provide instructional coverage or support for other instructors within related mechanical trades areas, as needed.
The ideal candidate will bring professional field experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to support diverse learners in both theoretical and practical learning environments.

SALARY RANGE:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience
according to established TBR salary guidelines. Salary range: $56,263 - $67,517.
