Columbia State Community College is looking for experienced subject matter experts to teach non-credit, open enrollment classes that help individuals upskill for career advancement or pursue personal enrichment. We offer part-time opportunities in workforce development and lifelong learning—and we need passionate instructors to make it happen!

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deliver engaging classes based on your expertise
- Collaborate with a Columbia State coordinator on scheduling and location
- Teach in classrooms or field settings or online
- Assist in identifying target audience and support efforts to market to that audience and drive enrollment
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Significant experience in subject area
- Passionate about teaching content and inspiring others
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Ability to adapt content for diverse learners
- Preferred:
- Teaching experience
- Formal education in field
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
