Job Summary
The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) is a member of the QuILTSS Grant team. The SPC is primarily responsible for providing leadership and management of the implementation of the program. This position will supervise the Program Specialist. This position is contingent upon work and funding. This position is a grant funded position. The grant is scheduled to end in summer 2025.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
• 3-5 years of program or project management experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant field (higher education administration)
• Proficiency in Microsoft suites
Preferred Qualifications
• Doctorate degree
• Knowledge of project management software
• Experience with developing business processes and data collection
• Federal grant management experience
• Supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proven track record in project management
• Strong technical skills, including anticipating and adopting new applications
• Experience and success working cross-departmentally and with executive management
• Strong attention to detail including following or documenting processes
