Job Duties

• Verification of Financial Aid files Process and award Federal Pell Grant Process and award Federal Direct Loans Resolve over awards in student FA packages Oversight (certifying, awarding, reconciling, award adjustments, issue resolution, reporting) of the following programs/processes: • Banner system setup for program implementation and processing including technical and functional processes • TN Reconnect • Transfer Monitoring TN Promise backup Daily High School Received Reports Reporting to federal and/or state agencies Unreported Schools Reports Transfer Monitoring Reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Two (2) years of Financial Aid experience, prefer in-depth knowledge of verification, awarding, program information.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer experience with Banner, COD, NSLDS; FAST

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work independently and within team environment;
Analytical thinking and ability to multi-task;
Ability to present Financial Aid information at various events
