The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Student Services Coordinator at the Dickson Campus.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the department at the Dickson campus including, but not limited to: financial aid, student records, student counseling, job placement, admissions and recruiting. This position oversees and participates in the compilation, maintenance and submission of reports as required by federal, state and accrediting agencies. The Student Services Coordinator also updates student catalogs/handbooks and college literature, assists with accreditation activities for the college, coordinates and conducts new student orientations and other special events, attends recruitment events, assists with Perkins Grant submissions/recordkeeping, processes student ADA accommodation requests, coordinates and participates in graduation ceremonies, provides high quality customer service to current and prospective students, and performs other duties as assigned. This position is responsible for communicating policy/procedure directives from TBR to members of the department at all campus locations. The Student Services Coordinator directly supervises the Assistant Student Services Coordinator and members of the department at the Dickson Campus and the South Campus including approving leave requests and conducting performance evaluations. Travel to all campus locations will be required on a regular basis. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Academics and Compliance and is based at the Dickson Campus. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is not a remote work position.
SALARY: $51,251-$66,632 per year ($26.28-$34.17 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology guidelines and directly related experience and education.
