Job Summary
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Athens is accepting applications for the full-time position of Student Service Support Associate. This position reports to the Vice President and supports the Polk County campus. This dynamic role combines essential receptionist responsibilities with data entry tasks along with providing holistic student services support to the Polk County Campus students. The successful candidate will work 7.5 hours per day, totaling 37.5 hours per week, contributing to our mission of fostering a positive and professional learning environment.
Job Duties
Salary Range: $$35,114 - $43,892
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent and a technical/degree diploma.
• A comparable combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
• Two years of relevant office experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Higher education experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong-problem solving skills, and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
